Kingdom Trails - Offering a 100+ mile network of quality, non-motorized, multi-use trails for all levels of ability, incorporating the best of our local scenery and natural diversity. 

Lamoille Valley Rail Trail - A four-season, multi-purpose recreation and transportation corridor extending across some of Northern Vermont’s most beautiful landscapes. 

NEK Gravel - 1000 miles of back roads mapped out for scenic biking- or choose your own adventure with their responsive map of the Northeast Kingdom!

Newport-Beebe Bike Path - About 6 miles in length, beginning in Newport near the shores of Lake Memphremagog and ending at the Canadian border in Beebe. (Passport required to cross).

Boat/Canoe/Kayak Rentals

Clyde River Recreation - Canoes, single and double kayaks, and paddle boards available for rental and delivery.

Craftsbury Outdoor Center - Canoeing, kayaking, sculling, and paddleboarding on Great Hosmer lake. 

Green River Reservoir - Boats are not rented here, but this is a beautiful, nearby place to paddle, hike, and swim.

Hill Farmstead Brewery - Hand-crafted, artisan beer; named the best brewery in the world 6 years in a row by Rate Beer. 

Kingdom Brewing - Authentic craft beers from a wide variety of locally produced ingredients such as maple sap, spruce tips and berries.

Next Trick Brewing - Seven barrel brewery and tap room featuring craft lagers and ales in. Open seasonally from May to October.

Red Barn Brewing - Open since 2016, featuring simple, yet creative and fun brews. 

Rock Art Brewery - One of Vermont’s oldest craft beer breweries with some of the highest rated craft beers in Vermont.

Berry Creek Farm (Open May 1 - October 26) - a 158 acre organic family farm offering a wide selection of produce, preserved goods, and meat. 

Pete's Greens (Open May 1 - October 15)  - an organic, year round, vegetable farm in Craftsbury with a local farm stand as well as selling to retailers, distributors, chefs, caterers, and schools. 

Wilson Herb Farm (Open June 2 - October 11) - offering an abundance of fresh, organic, and sustainably grown food sourced from regional farms and producers.

Museums

Bread and Puppet Museum - A massive accumulation of the puppets, masks, paintings and graphics of the Bread and Puppet Theater, housed in a 150-year-old barn.

Fairbanks Museum & Planetarium - Check out this public planetarium housed alongside an extensive natural collection of Vermont wonders. 

Museum of Everyday Life - An ongoing  revolutionary museum experiment celebrating the mundane, and the mysterious delight found in the boring but beloved objects we touch each day. 

Noyes House Museum - Seventeen rooms and barn focusing on nineteenth-century life in Morristown. The museum’s collection includes furniture, textiles, military objects, clothing, photographs, pottery, folk and fine art, and many of the tools and objects of daily life.

Old Stone House Museum and Historic Village - Chronicles the history of Orleans County through its collections, exhibits, events, and educational programs. The museum tells the story of Alexander Twilight— America’s first African-American college graduate and state legislator, and builder of the Old Stone House.

Bread and Puppet Theater - Rooted in the 1960s with a history of radical counterculture and political activism, this must see theater has traveled across the globe performing and displaying their art in museums. A must see in summer months.

Highland Center for the Arts - Offering a year-round schedule of locally and nationally sourced performances, exhibitions, and events in a state of the art main theater and gallery exhibits.

Dog Mountain & Stephen Huneck's Gallery - This one is a bit farther out than our other locations, but worth it! This world-renowned destination includes a pet cemetery, dog chapel, an eight-acre wildflower garden and a bronze sculpture garden, as well as a gallery.
