Welcome to the Craftsbury Farmhouse

Nestled in the Black River Valley, amidst hundred year-old pine trees and glorious sugar maples, you'll find peace and comfort. A New England Cape built in 1826, it has been home to six generations of the Wilson family. Currently a nonworking farm, it sits on rolling pastures, bordered by thick green forests and of course, the pristine Whetstone Brook.

Discover the magic of Craftsbury, Vermont. We are in Vermont's fabled Northeast Kingdom and minutes from the Craftsbury Outdoor Center (biking, skiing and sculling), Sterling College and the headquarters of Circus Smirkus. Hiking, boating on nearby Caspian Lake, biking, fishing, and swimming areas are abundant. Equal distant are the Stowe, Jay, Smugglers' Notch and Burke ski areas within 45 minutes.

The grounds surrounding the house include large lawns, perennial gardens, fruit trees, and a deck that overlooks the Whetstone Brook (a great retreat on a hot summer day). Come enjoy a taste of heaven.
